Guide 03 · Tasks
Run one task. Read the work beside it.
A task is one piece of operating work. Choose it, press run, and read the finished text next to the task you chose.
The run
Step by step.
- Open a task that is ready to run. Read the task title and keep the result you want in view.
- Press run. The task shows a running state and the output panel shows a progress line.
- Read the output. The finished text appears beside the task you chose.
- Rewrite or run again. If the task was too broad, rewrite it in clearer words. If you want another pass, run it again.
- Choose the next task. The plan and the rest of the list stay where they are.
A useful task
What makes a task easy to run.
One job
A task that asks for one result is easier to finish than one that asks for a whole strategy.
A clear result
Name what you want to hold at the end: a short message, a checklist or a page of copy.
The business behind it
The desk uses the description and the plan as context, so the task stays specific to this business.
If a run fails
The previous output stays visible.
The task shows a failed state with a retry action. The last finished output remains beside it, so you can read it, compare it or try the task again without losing it.
Where to go next
From reading to running.
Start with one sentence about the business, or open the workspace and pick up the task you left waiting.
